ESC-RCC was only recognized by the World Health Organization as of 2022 under the category of “other renal tumors” [1]. Currently, the documented instances of ESC-RCC are estimated to be fewer than 125 cases, positioning it as an emerging subtype that is thought to constitute 0.07-0.2% of all RCC diagnosis [2-4].

Cardiovascular disease (CVD) remains to be the leading cause of deaths worldwide; it is responsible for taking approximately 17.9 million lives annually, translating to around 32% of all deaths [1]. Unfortunately this number is still on the rise and it is expected to increase to 23.3 million by 2030 [2]. Coronary artery disease (CAD) and stroke account for 85% of those deaths [1]. Therefore, identification of high risk individuals is essential to prevent recurrent episodes and premature deaths.

Today, obesity is a growing disease that is associated with a variety of cardiovascular risk factors. Obesity is a restructuring of cardiac function that contributes to cardiac dysfunction[1]. Direct intracellular signaling causes cardiac dysfunction. One of the causes of obesity with high-fat induction is the accumulation of lipofuscin in cells[2]. Although it is non-toxic it can accumulate in the cell by reduces the useful cell space and thereby decreases cellular function. This is especially important in nerve cells, heart muscle and other organs[3]. acid receptor A2E receptors enhance several signaling pathways including aging, autophagy and ultimately cell death[4].

Cardiac rehabilitation (CR) plays a key role in the care of patients with a broad range of cardiovascular diseases, providing multidisciplinary and individually tailored programs that aim to encourage healthy behaviors, to optimize cardiovascular risk reduction and to promote an active lifestyle[1-5]. Physical activity counseling and supervised exercise training represent central components in all rehabilitation interventions, leading to significant improvement in exercise capacity and health-related quality oflife[4-6]. CR following a cardiac event is a Class I recommendation from the European Society of Cardiology and the American Heart Association. It should be offered to all eligible patients with cardiovascular disease[7-9].

Chronic disease never gets better which is why it is called chronic. Pharmaceuticals are used to delay it or make it tolerable but they are unable to cure because the disease is not caused by a chemical deficiency. CellSonic can have a success rate close to 100% on chronic disease. This happens in the first treatment and takes one or two minutes in the case of cancer. A CellSonic therapist usually books the patient for three sessions, the first for treatment and the other two to check. The voltage of the cancer cells is always lifted. The Islets Langerhans always start making insulin. Arthritis starts to go away. Maintaining the changed behaviour of the body cells is the key. If the mind lets the voltage fall, does not support the Islets, fails to remove the inflammation in the joints, then the chronic disease persists.

Myelolipoma is a rare, benign neoplasm originating in the adrenal cortex. This tumor consists of a combination of fat and myeloid tissue, placing it within the category of mesenchymal and stromal tumors of the adrenal cortex, according to the latest World Health Organization classification for endocrine tumors[1]. While myelolipoma is the second most common primary adrenal incidentaloma, representing 6–16% of adrenal incidentalomas, its diagnosis is relatively rare, mainly due to the high percentage of asymptomatic cases[2-8]. However, the number of reported cases has significantly risen, partly due to the increased use of imaging modalities and the distinctive presence of macroscopic fat[4]. It affects both sexes equally, is typically diagnosed between the ages of 50 and 70, and is unilateral in approximately 95% of cases[2,3].

For a long time, due to the pathogenesis of low back pain is unclear, the diagnosis and treatment are very difficult. Previously, the role of mechanical compression of the herniated disc in the production of lumbar and leg pain was mainly emphasized clinically, but mechanical compression does not explain many clinical phenomena. Although numerous prospective and retrospective clinical studies have shown clear effects of various fusion techniques for improving low back pain[1], But it also brings some new problems, such as the degeneration acceleration of adjacent segments, fusion failure, etc. In view of the disadvantages of fusion surgery, more and more clinical studies are looking for the pathogenesis and accurate diagnosis methods of low back pain.

Meningitis is an inflammation of the membranes that surround the brain and spinal cord (the meninges). It generally recognizes an infectious cause, however there are also non-infectious forms (e.g. from drugs, from neoplasia). Viruses, bacteria and fungi can cause infectious meningitis. Viral meningitis, also called aseptic meningitis, is the most common form; it usually has no serious consequences and resolves itself within 7 to 10 days. The bacterial form, on the other hand, is rarer but extremely more serious and can have lethal consequences. Fungal meningitis occurs mainly in people with impaired immune response.

Eosinophilic fasciitis is a rare disease, described by Shulman in 1974.It associates limb edema with eosinophilia. The edema gradually gives way to subcutaneous induration, affecting the lower extremities of limbs. Some publications classify EF as being on the same spectrum as localized scleroderma and morphea [1-3]. EF has an unclear etiology, and its pathophysiology is poorly understood [4].

MEST is a biphasic cancer with patients often presenting with hematuria and flank pain [1,3-4]. Due to the differences in naming, an exact number of reported MEST cases has not been identified; however, it is estimated that there have been roughly 100 reported cases with a high predominance in females at a 10:1 female-to-male ratio [5-6]. At the time of diagnosis, ages ranged anywhere from 18 to 78 years old, with an average of 45 years old [6-7]. Typically, cases were benign with a favorable prognosis; however, later presenting cases were noted to have a less favorable outlook due to local recurrence or possible malignant transformation [4-7].

Upper gastrointestinal bleeding (UGH) is a common health problem throughout the world. the world and is one of the emergencies that determines a large number of admissions in General Surgery services in our environment, so it is of great importance clinical and health In order to predict the possibility of rebleeding and thus reduce the mortality of this disease, prognostic scales were designed, one of them was the Baylor scale, Created in 1995, and subsequently modified. In 1996, the Rockall scale by the National Audit of Acute Gastrointestinal Hemorrhage. It is currently one of the most used and well-known worldwide. The Rockall clinical scale has application in classifying individuals with upper gastrointestinal bleeding according to the risk of presenting active gastrointestinal bleeding or recent, and that require urgent digestive endoscopy.

Succinate dehydrogenase (SDH)–deficient renal cell carcinoma (RCC) is a recently recognized distinct subtype of RCC in molecular defined renal carcinomas in the 2022 World Health Organization classification [1]. It is rare (0.05%–0.2% of all renal carcinomas) and commonly presents in young adults with an average age of 37 years [2]. The four subunits of succinate dehydrogenase (SDHA, SDHB, SDHC, and SDHD), SDHB mutation is most associated with renal cell carcinomas [1,3]. Other than RCC SDHB mutations are associated with hereditary predisposition to paraganglioma, pheochromocytoma, pituitary adenoma, gastrointestinal stromal tumor [2].

Primary osteosarcoma of bladder is extremely rare with an aggressive course and poor prognosis [1]. There is believed to be a slight male preponderance with male to female ratio of 2:1 [2]. The treatment can vary from localized medication to cystectomy with chemoradiation depending upon size and depth of invasion [1]. The presented case is a locally aggressive tumor initially diagnosed as pleomorphic sarcoma on transurethral resection specimen; patient later presented with a necrotic mass and bladder rupture and was subsequently diagnosed osteosarcoma.

The early detection of a neoplastic disease, as well as the development of more efficient treatments, are crucial for improving the survival rate. A variety of new and emerging diagnostic strategies based on spectroscopic techniques such as non-invasive one-point fluorescence (PF) detection, are available to improve the screening procedure [1,2]. PF technique provides useful information for monitoring the evolution of the abundance and distribution of endogenous fluorophores associated with the neoplastic disease in low-pigmented superficial neoplasia [3,4].

In humans, inflammatory bowel diseases are known in two forms: ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease (1). This disease is also mentioned in traditional medicine books as Zuhair. Ulcerative colitis is an inflammatory, recurrent and chronic disease whose exact cause has not been determined. In each age range (usually 15 to 39 years) and both males and females are identified. Factors such as genetics, environment and microbiome are the determining factors in ulcerative colitis and And can involve the mouth to the rectum. Therefore, the observed manifestations are varied according to the location of gastrointestinal involvement (2).

Traditional and natural medicine (MTN) is the set of techniques that applied by themselves, or combined, lead to the same goal: to restore the bioenergetic balance when it has been affected by the invasion of endogenous and exogenous pathogenic agents. It is also known internationally as alternative, energetic and naturalistic, or complementary, it is part of the heritage of universal culture, that is, of concepts and practices that have been inherited from generation to generation.

Sedentary lifestyle is among the main causes of health problems globally, according to the World Health Organization (2015) describes that: 60% of the world population is sedentary together with normal or high food intakes, an energy imbalance is caused which can translate into alterations in the state of health, such as malnutrition due to excess. Buhring, Oliva, and Bravo (2009). In addition, it is associated as a factor with a worse quality of life and an increase in general mortality Cabrera de León, et al. (2007). It is essential that this conduct be considered within the social role as detrimental in all aspects that encompass its meaning.

The term Occupational Health refers to a field of knowledge that aims to understand the relationship between work and the worker’s health/disease process, which is like a work tool that generates profits and services.Health care organization aimed at workers emerged in the 18th century, in England, with the Industrial Revolution. Pressured by the economic losses resulting from the high rates of accidents and illness determined by the poor living and working conditions and by workers’ demands for change, industrialists at the time began to hire doctors, assigning them the responsibility of “taking care” of workers’ health.

Pulmonary Langerhans' cell histiocytosis (PLCH) represents an uncommon interstitial lung clinical disorder with unpredictable clinical presentation and outcome. The precise incidence of pulmonary LCH is unknown, although it has been estimated as about two cases per million yearly in adults. Some patients take a long time to be correctly diagnosed because of its rarity. In the present clinical image report, we describe a rather unusual case of a smoker man with PLCH presented with pneumothorax.

A 54-year-old female patient presented to our clinic with marked skin and soft tissue necrosis on both legs. This condition had been ex- isting for two weeks. Initially, the patient showed redness, swelling, hyperthermia and blistering of the lower legs without fever. Due to elevated markers of infection in the blood and the microbiological evidence of wound colonisation with Enterobacter cloacae complex, an antibiotic therapy with intravenous administration of ceftriaxone was initiated.

Cystinosis is a rare autosomal recessive metabolic disease, with an incidence ranging from 1:100,000 to 1:200,000. It occurs by chromosomal mutation, in which a defect in the active transport of cystine across the lysosomal membrane allows the accumulation of this amino acid in lysosomes.¹ As a result, cystine can form crystals in various tissues such as the kidneys, pancreas, thyroid, testicles, bone marrow, brain, eye, and muscles.
