MEST is a biphasic cancer with patients often presenting with hematuria and flank pain [1,3-4]. Due to the differences in naming, an exact number of reported MEST cases has not been identified; however, it is estimated that there have been roughly 100 reported cases with a high predominance in females at a 10:1 female-to-male ratio [5-6]. At the time of diagnosis, ages ranged anywhere from 18 to 78 years old, with an average of 45 years old [6-7]. Typically, cases were benign with a favorable prognosis; however, later presenting cases were noted to have a less favorable outlook due to local recurrence or possible malignant transformation [4-7].

Methicilin Resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) are strain encoding MecA gene which mediate resistant to penicillin-derived methicillin and other beta-lactam antibiotic [1]. The presence of an altered penicillin binding protein (PBP2a) encoded by MecA strain has been recognized as factor essential for methicillin resistant [2]. This housekeeper gene is found as an integral portion of the Staphylococcal cassette chromosome mec (SCC mec) [2, 3]. Methicillin Resistant Staphylococcus aureus are considered as priority pathogen in community and hospital acquired infection of which their potential risk are also matters of concern [2].

Lymph node metastases remains the most common site of metastases from differentiated thyroid cancer while lungs and bones remain the common sites of distant metastases. Unusual metastatic sites have been described in many organs. Vascular metastases in right atrium has been described in a case report. Our case report describes an unusual site presenting as vascular thrombus in the superior vena cava.

Upper gastrointestinal bleeding (UGH) is a common health problem throughout the world. the world and is one of the emergencies that determines a large number of admissions in General Surgery services in our environment, so it is of great importance clinical and health In order to predict the possibility of rebleeding and thus reduce the mortality of this disease, prognostic scales were designed, one of them was the Baylor scale, Created in 1995, and subsequently modified. In 1996, the Rockall scale by the National Audit of Acute Gastrointestinal Hemorrhage. It is currently one of the most used and well-known worldwide. The Rockall clinical scale has application in classifying individuals with upper gastrointestinal bleeding according to the risk of presenting active gastrointestinal bleeding or recent, and that require urgent digestive endoscopy.

Succinate dehydrogenase (SDH)–deficient renal cell carcinoma (RCC) is a recently recognized distinct subtype of RCC in molecular defined renal carcinomas in the 2022 World Health Organization classification [1]. It is rare (0.05%–0.2% of all renal carcinomas) and commonly presents in young adults with an average age of 37 years [2]. The four subunits of succinate dehydrogenase (SDHA, SDHB, SDHC, and SDHD), SDHB mutation is most associated with renal cell carcinomas [1,3]. Other than RCC SDHB mutations are associated with hereditary predisposition to paraganglioma, pheochromocytoma, pituitary adenoma, gastrointestinal stromal tumor [2].

Primary osteosarcoma of bladder is extremely rare with an aggressive course and poor prognosis [1]. There is believed to be a slight male preponderance with male to female ratio of 2:1 [2]. The treatment can vary from localized medication to cystectomy with chemoradiation depending upon size and depth of invasion [1]. The presented case is a locally aggressive tumor initially diagnosed as pleomorphic sarcoma on transurethral resection specimen; patient later presented with a necrotic mass and bladder rupture and was subsequently diagnosed osteosarcoma.

The early detection of a neoplastic disease, as well as the development of more efficient treatments, are crucial for improving the survival rate. A variety of new and emerging diagnostic strategies based on spectroscopic techniques such as non-invasive one-point fluorescence (PF) detection, are available to improve the screening procedure [1,2]. PF technique provides useful information for monitoring the evolution of the abundance and distribution of endogenous fluorophores associated with the neoplastic disease in low-pigmented superficial neoplasia [3,4].

In humans, inflammatory bowel diseases are known in two forms: ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease (1). This disease is also mentioned in traditional medicine books as Zuhair. Ulcerative colitis is an inflammatory, recurrent and chronic disease whose exact cause has not been determined. In each age range (usually 15 to 39 years) and both males and females are identified. Factors such as genetics, environment and microbiome are the determining factors in ulcerative colitis and And can involve the mouth to the rectum. Therefore, the observed manifestations are varied according to the location of gastrointestinal involvement (2).

The first case of h.s.a. was described in 1908 by the German neurologist Kurt Goldstein [1]. In 1972 Brion and Jedynak described the observation of 4 patients[2]. The discovery of mirror neurons in the 90s, and recent studies MartiFabregas 2000, [13] Terazzi 2010, [14] Kim 2011, [15] Hertza 2012, [16] Shereef 2013 [17], have reaffirmed the importance of the ways of vision, (semantic understanding, action in context, verification of the action), as basic elements in the elicitation and regulation of the automatic and voluntary movement.
