ESC-RCC was only recognized by the World Health Organization as of 2022 under the category of “other renal tumors” [1]. Currently, the documented instances of ESC-RCC are estimated to be fewer than 125 cases, positioning it as an emerging subtype that is thought to constitute 0.07-0.2% of all RCC diagnosis [2-4].

Cardiovascular disease (CVD) remains to be the leading cause of deaths worldwide; it is responsible for taking approximately 17.9 million lives annually, translating to around 32% of all deaths [1]. Unfortunately this number is still on the rise and it is expected to increase to 23.3 million by 2030 [2]. Coronary artery disease (CAD) and stroke account for 85% of those deaths [1]. Therefore, identification of high risk individuals is essential to prevent recurrent episodes and premature deaths.

Today, obesity is a growing disease that is associated with a variety of cardiovascular risk factors. Obesity is a restructuring of cardiac function that contributes to cardiac dysfunction[1]. Direct intracellular signaling causes cardiac dysfunction. One of the causes of obesity with high-fat induction is the accumulation of lipofuscin in cells[2]. Although it is non-toxic it can accumulate in the cell by reduces the useful cell space and thereby decreases cellular function. This is especially important in nerve cells, heart muscle and other organs[3]. acid receptor A2E receptors enhance several signaling pathways including aging, autophagy and ultimately cell death[4].

Cardiac rehabilitation (CR) plays a key role in the care of patients with a broad range of cardiovascular diseases, providing multidisciplinary and individually tailored programs that aim to encourage healthy behaviors, to optimize cardiovascular risk reduction and to promote an active lifestyle[1-5]. Physical activity counseling and supervised exercise training represent central components in all rehabilitation interventions, leading to significant improvement in exercise capacity and health-related quality oflife[4-6]. CR following a cardiac event is a Class I recommendation from the European Society of Cardiology and the American Heart Association. It should be offered to all eligible patients with cardiovascular disease[7-9].

Chronic disease never gets better which is why it is called chronic. Pharmaceuticals are used to delay it or make it tolerable but they are unable to cure because the disease is not caused by a chemical deficiency. CellSonic can have a success rate close to 100% on chronic disease. This happens in the first treatment and takes one or two minutes in the case of cancer. A CellSonic therapist usually books the patient for three sessions, the first for treatment and the other two to check. The voltage of the cancer cells is always lifted. The Islets Langerhans always start making insulin. Arthritis starts to go away. Maintaining the changed behaviour of the body cells is the key. If the mind lets the voltage fall, does not support the Islets, fails to remove the inflammation in the joints, then the chronic disease persists.

Myelolipoma is a rare, benign neoplasm originating in the adrenal cortex. This tumor consists of a combination of fat and myeloid tissue, placing it within the category of mesenchymal and stromal tumors of the adrenal cortex, according to the latest World Health Organization classification for endocrine tumors[1]. While myelolipoma is the second most common primary adrenal incidentaloma, representing 6–16% of adrenal incidentalomas, its diagnosis is relatively rare, mainly due to the high percentage of asymptomatic cases[2-8]. However, the number of reported cases has significantly risen, partly due to the increased use of imaging modalities and the distinctive presence of macroscopic fat[4]. It affects both sexes equally, is typically diagnosed between the ages of 50 and 70, and is unilateral in approximately 95% of cases[2,3].

For a long time, due to the pathogenesis of low back pain is unclear, the diagnosis and treatment are very difficult. Previously, the role of mechanical compression of the herniated disc in the production of lumbar and leg pain was mainly emphasized clinically, but mechanical compression does not explain many clinical phenomena. Although numerous prospective and retrospective clinical studies have shown clear effects of various fusion techniques for improving low back pain[1], But it also brings some new problems, such as the degeneration acceleration of adjacent segments, fusion failure, etc. In view of the disadvantages of fusion surgery, more and more clinical studies are looking for the pathogenesis and accurate diagnosis methods of low back pain.

Meningitis is an inflammation of the membranes that surround the brain and spinal cord (the meninges). It generally recognizes an infectious cause, however there are also non-infectious forms (e.g. from drugs, from neoplasia). Viruses, bacteria and fungi can cause infectious meningitis. Viral meningitis, also called aseptic meningitis, is the most common form; it usually has no serious consequences and resolves itself within 7 to 10 days. The bacterial form, on the other hand, is rarer but extremely more serious and can have lethal consequences. Fungal meningitis occurs mainly in people with impaired immune response.

Eosinophilic fasciitis is a rare disease, described by Shulman in 1974.It associates limb edema with eosinophilia. The edema gradually gives way to subcutaneous induration, affecting the lower extremities of limbs. Some publications classify EF as being on the same spectrum as localized scleroderma and morphea [1-3]. EF has an unclear etiology, and its pathophysiology is poorly understood [4].
